Quotation
On request, we issue a formal quotation and our terms and conditions for the solicitor’s review and approval. These outline the scope of service, timeframes, and payment terms.

Review of Documentation
Once the quotation is accepted, We kindly request the solicitor to forward all relevant medical reports, expert reports and supporting documents. These are reviewed in detail prior to any assessment to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client’s background and case context.

Assessment
A face-to-face assessment is scheduled with the client. This may take place in their home, in clinic, or in a professional meeting space, depending on the nature of the assessment and the client's needs. Assessments typically last between 2–3 hours and may include physical, cognitive, vocational, and functional components.
